Assam is in crisis. Torrential monsoon rains have unleashed catastrophic floods across Assam, with Lakhimpur district and parts of Guwahati among the worst hit. Rivers have surged past danger levels, swallowing homes, farmlands, and entire livelihoods. In a matter of hours, thousands have been displaced—left to survive under open skies, without food, clean water, or a roof over their heads.
The situation is critical. Remote villages remain cut off. Children and the elderly are the worst affected.
Hope Welfare Trust, in partnership with INDIAdonates, is responding on the ground alongside local civil society organizations and volunteers. But the needs are overwhelming—and growing every day.
We urgently need your support to provide:
500 Emergency Ration Kits — with rice (5 Kg), pulses (1 Kg), Atta (5 Kg), cooking oil (1ltr), sugar (1 Kg), salt (1 Kg), turmeric powder (100 gm), chilli powder (100 gm), coriander powder (100 gm), and suji or rawa idli (2 Kg)
500 Mosquito net
200 Tarpaulin Sheets (Tripal) — to create makeshift shelters for those who’ve lost their homes.
Your support can bring immediate relief. Your contribution can save lives. In this moment of crisis, let us come together in solidarity with Assam’s flood survivors.
Every rupee counts= Every moment matters.
Donate now. Stand with Assam. Help rebuild hope.
